Our Mission
At EveryHeartbeat, our mission is to amplify youth voices and compassion through real-world impact. We lead with empathy, creating care packages for underserved communities, writing heartfelt letters to deployed service members, and publishing powerful youth articles on health and equity. Every act of care creates a ripple — and every heartbeat matters.

What Do We Do?
We deliver hygiene and wellness bundles to underserved youth, patients, and families. Each box is filled with essential supplies and a handwritten message — reminding every recipient that they are loved, supported, and never alone.
Through handwritten letters, we aim to send strength, gratitude, and encouragement to deployed service members around the world. These heartfelt letters and words offer hope, connection, and a reminder that their sacrifices are deeply appreciated.
A youth-led journal featuring original articles on medicine, public health, mental wellness, and health equity. From scientific research to personal narratives, our contributors explore how systems, science, and lived experience intersect — all through the lens of the next generation. Whether highlighting disparities in care or analyzing the neuroscience of stress, each piece challenges assumptions, uplifts diverse voices, and advances meaningful dialogue.
